In this Privacy Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

10.2 Notwithstanding the measures above, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. dhk4d maintains an incident response plan and will notify affected Players without undue delay in the event of a confirmed data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights or interests.
Your Role in Security: You contribute significantly to the security of your own data by using a strong, unique password for your dhk4d Account, enabling two-factor authentication, and never sharing your login credentials. Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
11.1 As a Player on dhk4d, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected] with your full name, registered email address, and a description of your request. We will respond within 30 calendar days.
You may request a copy of all Personal Data we hold about you, along with information about how it is being used.
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held about you. Some corrections require re-verification.
You may request deletion of your Personal Data where we no longer have a legal basis to retain it. Note that legal retention obligations may limit this right.
You may ask us to pause processing of your data — for example, while you contest its accuracy — without requesting full deletion.
You may request your Personal Data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another service provider where technically feasible.
Where processing is based on your consent — such as marketing emails — you may withdraw that consent at any time with immediate effect for future processing.
11.2 Exercising your rights will not result in any negative treatment of your Account. We will never penalise a Player for making a legitimate data rights request. Where we are unable to fulfil a request — for example, because a legal retention obligation requires us to keep certain records — we will explain the reason clearly in our response.
12.1 The dhk4d Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from any person under the age of 21.
12.2 If we become aware that an Account has been registered by a person under the age of 21, we will immediately close the Account, delete all associated Personal Data (subject to any legal retention obligations relating to the detection of underage access), and — where a deposit was made — arrange return of the deposited funds to the payment source.
12.3 If you believe that a person under the age of 21 has registered an Account on dhk4d, please notify us immediately at [email protected].
21+ Only: By registering on dhk4d you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Providing false age information is a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent Account closure.
13.1 dhk4d may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable laws, or Platform features. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised with each material change.
13.2 Where a change materially affects how we use your Personal Data, we will notify active Players via their registered email address at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
13.3 If you do not agree with a material change to this Policy, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure and, where applicable, return of your verified real-money balance.
