Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any services on dhk4d. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.
All users must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia. Age verification is mandatory. Underage accounts are closed immediately upon discovery.
Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on dhk4d. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and bets on dhk4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). No currency conversion applies.
All promotional offers are subject to rollover requirements. Bonuses credited to your account must meet the stated wagering conditions before withdrawal is permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dhk4d will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.
dhk4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

| "You" / "User" / "Player" | Any individual who registers an account on the Platform, accesses the Platform, or uses any service provided through the Platform. |
| "Account" | The registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, which holds the Player's balance, transaction history, and personal details. |
| "Balance" | The aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements are satisfied. |
| "Wager" / "Bet" | A monetary stake placed by a Player on the outcome of any sporting event, casino game, togel (numbers lottery) draw, or other event offered on the Platform. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Players before withdrawals are permitted. |
| "IDR" / "Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all Platform transactions are conducted. |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7, the default time zone used for all platform times, draw schedules, and customer service hours. |
By accessing or using any part of the dhk4d Platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dhk4d. We strongly recommend printing or saving a copy for your records.
To register and maintain an Account on dhk4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
Age Verification: dhk4d will request valid Indonesian national ID (KTP) or passport documentation to verify your age and identity. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all remaining funds returned, less any bonuses claimed.
4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances therein.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Indonesian mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. dhk4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify dhk4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
4.5 dhk4d reserves the right to refuse account registration, close an existing Account, or require additional documentation at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
5.1 KYC verification is mandatory for all Players who wish to make withdrawals. dhk4d may also require KYC verification prior to processing large deposits, at any time during the lifecycle of an Account, or when fraud or identity concerns arise.
5.2 To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:
5.3 Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending successful KYC verification. dhk4d is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing arising from a Player's failure to provide requested documentation promptly.
5.4 All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are retained only for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
6.1 All deposits to dhk4d must be made via the payment methods currently listed on the Platform's deposit page. Accepted methods include, without limitation: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit interface. As a general guide, minimum deposits start from Rp 20.000 for e-wallets and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers.
6.3 dhk4d does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility and are not reimbursable by dhk4d.
6.4 You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are sourced from a legitimate financial account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or funded by credit facilities are prohibited.
6.5 dhk4d processes deposits promptly upon receipt of confirmed funds. In the event of a processing delay, please contact support with proof of transfer. dhk4d is not responsible for delays caused by the banking system, public holidays, or technical issues on the part of payment service providers.
Currency Note: All deposits are received and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). If funds are sent in any other currency, the resulting exchange rate and conversion fees are borne entirely by the depositing Player.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your dhk4d Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
7.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must have completed KYC verification as described in Clause 5.
7.3 Minimum withdrawal amounts are set by payment method and are displayed on the withdrawal interface. Withdrawal requests that do not meet the minimum threshold will not be processed.
7.4 Typical withdrawal processing times are as follows. These are indicative timeframes only and are not guaranteed:
7.5 dhk4d may delay or withhold a withdrawal for the purposes of fraud investigation, ongoing KYC review, or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions. We will notify the affected Player where legally permissible.
7.6 Players are required to wager their initial deposit at least once (1x) before requesting a withdrawal of deposit funds, regardless of whether a bonus was claimed. This requirement exists to prevent payment-processing abuse and is not a wagering requirement in the promotional sense.
8.1 dhk4d offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP-tier rewards. The specific terms and wagering requirements for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
8.2 Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered the stated number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before the bonus — or any winnings derived from bonus play — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
8.3 dhk4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions that have already been credited to a Player's Account will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting, except where fraud or abuse is suspected.
8.4 A Player may only claim a first-deposit welcome bonus once. Subsequent deposit bonuses, if available, are subject to their own individual eligibility rules.
8.5 dhk4d actively monitors for promotional abuse, including but not limited to: the opening of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between players, bet hedging designed to circumvent rollover requirements, and the use of automated software to place wagers. Where abuse is detected, dhk4d reserves the right to void all bets placed with bonus funds, forfeit any resulting winnings, and close the Account.
Bonus Terms Apply: Always read the specific promotion terms before opting in. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the wagering requirements and conditions attached to that offer. Wagering requirements on sports bets only count qualifying wagers at odds of 1.50 or higher unless stated otherwise.
9.1 All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after placement, except where the Platform expressly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.
9.2 dhk4d reserves the right to void any bet, suspend any market, or refuse any wager at its absolute discretion — including in circumstances where: (a) a manifest pricing error has occurred; (b) the event has been abandoned, postponed, or the result is the subject of a dispute; (c) the bet was placed after the event had concluded; or (d) there are reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or other integrity breaches.
9.3 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to their own market-specific rules. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, the bet is recalculated based on the remaining valid legs at the applicable reduced odds.
9.4 Togel (numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from the official corresponding international lottery pools (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and others). dhk4d is not responsible for any variance between independently sourced results and the official draw results used to settle bets.
9.5 For live casino games, the results determined by the live dealer or the certified RNG system are final and binding. dhk4d is not responsible for disconnections or technical failures on the Player's end that result in an interrupted game session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dhk4d Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:
11.1 dhk4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, self-assessment tools, and voluntary self-exclusion.
11.2 If you believe that your gambling is no longer recreational and may be causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion facility available through our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and will lock your Account for the period you select.

11.4 dhk4d will never attempt to persuade a Player who has self-excluded to return to the Platform during their exclusion period.
12.1 All content on the dhk4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, odds data, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of dhk4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of dhk4d.
12.3 The dhk4d brand name and logo are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.
13.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dhk4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dhk4d shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss; (c) losses arising from service interruption, network failure, or third-party payment provider delays; or (d) losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
13.3 dhk4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by law.
14.1 dhk4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
14.2 Upon termination for cause, dhk4d may withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the Account, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where termination occurs without cause (i.e., at dhk4d's election absent Player breach), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
14.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may submit a written request to [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any obligations arising from bets placed prior to the closure date.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the dhk4d Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dhk4d is licensed and incorporated.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and dhk4d, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting dhk4d's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process available through dhk4d's licensing authority.
15.3 dhk4d's decisions regarding the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, the settlement of bets, and the eligibility of promotions are final and binding, subject only to appeal through the formal dispute resolution process referenced above.
15.4 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
